Eve has been producing chocolates in Cork since 1993. Her chocolates are created using traditional hand-made methods. Skilled blending and careful workmanship produce her own unique taste sensation. She works from her premises in the western suburbs of Cork city and her products are sold in the adjoining shop.

Dark chocolate 72% cocoa solids, milk chocolate 38% cocoa solids and white chocolate 30% cocoa solids.
